Millseal Plus Automatic allows the operator to perform the whole procedure, starting from the bags preparation to their sealing, by means of simple keys.
The solid structure in plastic and aluminium, along with the ergonomic and basic design, allow reducing the weight and size of the thermo sealer, optimising its stability and making cleaning and sanitisation operations easier.
A guarantee for the sterilization maintenance
Millseal thermo sealers are equipped with an electronic control of the sealing parameters (time and temperature) and warrant a sealing band of 12 mm - so exceeding the 8 mm required by DIN 58953. The acoustic and visual signals inform about the proper operative conditions of the machine.
High and steady performances
Thanks to the automatic adjustment of the temperature, it is possible to achieve an effective control of the sealing area heating, thus assuring high quality performances over the time. Moreover, Millseal thermo sealers are equipped with a safety device against overheating and with an automatic stand-by mode for energy saving.
